Why Are Vape Samples No Longer Available?
The Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act was amended in 2021 to include Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS), which encompass e-cigarettes, vape pens, e-liquids, and related components. This legislation imposes strict regulations on the shipping and distribution of these products, including:
- Mandatory age verification at the point of sale and upon delivery.
- Compliance with state and local tax laws and licensing requirements.
These regulations have made it logistically and legally challenging to distribute vape samples, leading us to discontinue this offering to remain compliant with federal law.
