Buy this then open the bottle. Let it sit overnight. After that, shake it well occasionally for two days.
This will let it steep. Prior to this, it’ll have a tang to it. But after, it smooths out to a good replacement for the Juul flavor.
I would say, get on last box of pods, use them while this steeps, then you can refill the pods with this. This would also allow for the steeping time.

This is fairly close to Juul, although a little sweeter. I actually like mixing this and just a tiny drop of the Red Burley. Still not perfect but it gets close enough to scratch the Juul itch at a fraction of the cost.
